Melissa is terrific! She has been cleaning my house weekly for four months now and truly leaves it sparkling clean. Melissa is always on time (even early since I told her that was convenient for me). She is fast, friendly, and thorough (and great with my kids and dog, too). I highly recommend Melissa and Sparkling Clean Agency!
I had a great experience with Sheila and Diogenes (and with others from this company in the past, but I forget who they were). This was a move-out cleaning. The apartment was extremely messy and I felt very stressed out about it. By the time they left, it was very clean and I was relieved! They were kind and pleasant. Money well spent. My only recommendation is if you don't Genesis Int'l decent Spanish, download a translation app or ask them to keep theirs handy. They used it some but not all of the time and it was helpful.
Vivian helped me for cleaning my 1 bedroom apartment. Very happy with the results ( and I'm very particular when it comes to cleaning) she was so sweet left me chocolates and a whole bottle of green cleaning spray!
