I highly recommend This company for anyone who are needing help with their loved ones, They will go beyond and above to make sure the clients are taken care of . Been here 2 years as a worker I’m very pleased to apart Genesis health care
They do not know what they’re are doing and they can not tell you what going on with the client until you get in to there home and every time you have a problem they want you to email them you cannot talk to them over the phone or face-to-face. It’s always a email us.. Do not work for them or send you love one there they will drop your love ones from there contract for no reason Crystal and jasmine are very unprofessional .
Not the best workers are lazy
It was hard to come to grips with the need for someone to assist my mom daily but Genesis eased our anxiety by providing quality personal care agents. The staff have been professional and very helpful; the agents are compassionate and committed. I highly recommend Genesis for your loved one's home healthcare needs.
