If I could give them a 0 stars I would. They are extremely uneducated in end of life care. Unorganized and lack leadership. I would say I hope no one has to put their loved ones in the care of these people but because there is no other option in the area they probably will. God be with you all!
We were partnered with Genesis Hospice care. I will be forever thankful for their services during my family’s time of need. Our support team consisted of Nurse Teri and Laura; CNA Corissa; and the 24hr team. They were respectful, caring, and patient. They helped in any and every way they could. They taught me a couple of things to better serve my mother. They listened and made suggestions. This part of the journey was hard. Our Genesis support team made it better. Again, I will be forever thankful for your dedicated service.
For shame on you Genesis! Your on call staff is terrible, and liars. Your effort to care and follow hospice procedures is non-existent. If it weren't for the Humboldt County Sherrifs department and their outstanding officers we would have been at a loss due to your extreme carelessness. DONT OFFER THE SERVICE IF YOU'RE GOING TO NEGLET YOUR DUTIES. DO BETTER!! Worst caregivers ever they just don't help even though they allegedly say they're on call they just don't care they rather have an elderly person suffer than to be bothered and it's pretty sad
Just had 2 hrs of evaluation, the girls were great thank you for reaching out comoany was great thank you for them
