I love the people working at Genesis Healthcare - a long term care facility. Although the place is a little dated, that is minimal compared to all the good people working there and the good work they are doing. I want to explain the situation: my youngest brother (39) is seriously immobile due to a health condition that caused him to have a bilateral stroke. I was very hesitant about sending my ex-husband and best friend to Milford Genesis. However, after learning they had a new administrator and new staffing i decided to give it a try. I couldn't be more pleased! They have been GREAT!!! PT is awesome, nurses are wonderful and food is great! Would highly recommend!
Worst nursing home ever they don’t do anything no bedside manners or anything
I am writing this review to let the Milford center (genesis) know that they made my short term stay very welcoming. Nothing tops one of there admissions Kelly Young she took care of me as I was upset when I arrived. She took me and made sure I was checked in properly and my stay was great! She would come in my room and open my blinds every morning and stand there talking to me about anything and everything, she didn’t have to do this but she could see I was upset to be there.
