Pretty sure "Nurse Olivia" took the liberty of calling me "Willy" before getting off the phone which would have been really gross and disrespectful. I wonder if this isn't the same woman I had issues with the last time I visited. Unfortunately I couldn't get a different referral from my GP and still have to come here for treatment. Hopefully just the once more. The three stars are for Dr. Maddy, I suppose.
I was extremely pleased with the availability of appointments and Dr. Maddy who is new to the QCA. He is very skilled, thorough, and personable.
