My 6 year old has been sick for 8 days now. They said he had influenza A. He still is running fevers, coughing, cannot eat, and looking bad. Now im told to.give it 3 more days. I have talked to 3 different doctors over the phone, where a couple I could hear was busy doing other things in the background where one of the didnt answer me for 2 minutes so.i knew they were not listening. I love the fact this place is what I think it is TRASH, im reporting everyone to the proper authorities. Dr Shehata and the staff are disgusting. Don't waste your time with this facility.
Complete waste of time been here 3x in 2 weeks and we still don’t have a diagnosis. My daughter has had her blood drawn each time and they are still requesting we come back for another draw so they can keep testing. At this point I’m ready to find a new provider.
