Just wish it was a bit nicer… music in classes needs to be louder to drown out the outside gym noise. All Pilates reformer classes were the same routine every time. Had an instructor say “think of how small we can make our tummies” and “burn all that fat fat fat” - which is the main reason I left as well as the $$. Sorry but women are not at Pilates nor any class to shrink ourselves, we are there to feel good and move our bodies. I was potentially going to put my membership on hold due to an injury, I called 3 times and left 2 online messages inquiring about my membership, it took 1 week for genisis call centre to get back to me with the phone call ending with no reason why the club wouldn’t answer the phone (the club is staffed 6 days a week). I then tried calling the club in relation to the membership to see if they would pick up and yet again no answer.
