I have worked for Genesis Group Homes for a year and a half. I was so nervous starting my first day with the company, but Genesis staff made me feel like part of the family from day one. I have learned so much from so many staff. I continue to learn everyday and can't wait to move forward with Genesis. Genesis Group Homes is wonderful company to work for. Genesis makes it so the clients and staff feel like we are all apart of the family.
I was in the field for 14 years before I retired and moved to another career. I spent the last 2 and half years of that career with Genesis Group Homes and can honestly say it was by far the best company I have ever worked for. I to this day still maintain great friendships with many of the people I worked side by side with, all the way up the chain. Been with the company for only a short time, but in the time that I've been here it has been one of the most enjoyable and supportive companies I have ever worked for.
Genesis Group Homes is an amazing company to work for. It's an amazing feeling knowing that you're helping individuals that truly appreciate seeing you on a daily basis even though at times they may not show it. There's that one day you're gone, trust and believe they notice! We as staff not only help the individuals and teach them everyday skills, I have also learned so much from them. It's a rewarding and fun filled job, I wouldn't want to be anywhere else!
