Genesis Group Homes is by far the best company I have worked for. They put their individual first, and go out of their way to recognize their employees. Genesis also has plenty of opportunity for growth within the company. I myself began as a Direct Support Professional, then a House Supervisor,and am currently a Designated Coordinator. If you are looking for a place to work that offers excellent benefits and competitive wages, this is the place for you!
I have been employed with Genesis for almost 5 years now. I went from a part time DSP to an HS, to a trainer and now currently a Designated Coordinator overseeing 4 sites. I worked at Genesis Group Homes for 4 years. I loved working here. Everyone is so amazing. I truly miss working for this company.
Worked there for 3 years before an injury took me out of the field. Always felt respected and knowing that the owner still worked shifts told me if he corrected me on how to do something I know he knew what he was talking about. The staff and clients made you feel like you were part of a team really making a difference in the lives of these great people.
