Zero stars should be given! Worst employees I have ever seen to be in a healthcare facility! They screw up more than they get it right. Only communication is by text messages and whoever is over that should be fired! They don’t have a clue what they are doing and really they don’t have to because they take ZERO ownership of their mistakes leaving their patients in the dark! Run don’t walk to find a provider.
