Horrible place. One of the CNA/Woker lady kicked me on my right hand and made it bleed after they put my hands and feet in restraints. Not only did they cause me to go into psychosis, but they put me in a room with no AC vent! or exhaust fan!! It had to be 90 degrees in there!!!!!!! Once they gave me medicine to come out of psychosis, I was very thirsty and they mocked me And only gave me a half cup of water. Because "I made their night hard" bc they had to "stay late" '... Horrible place.
I don’t understand the bad reviews. I recently had a loved one stay here and couldn’t have been treated any better. The whole staff went above and beyond. Thank you for taking such good care of him.
I was admitted to Genisis 8-31-24!!! The Staff was AMAZING!!! They seem to really care about helping you get back on track.... They did many activitys went above and beyond to make it a nice experance. They went out of their was to purchase "goodies" for us to be able to celebrate memorial day... honestly i dont have a clue how they have bad reviews..... Genisis really was very profesional...if they didnt allow you to do something it was to protect all patients and at the end the day THEY HAVE A JOB TO DO.. 10/10!
Horrible, Horrible, place. They do not treat their patients with care. Going to this place will only have you coming out worse than you arrive. I cannot convey how terrible this poor excuse for a "hospital" is. Extremely unprofessional and harmful.
