I purchased a Genesis G70 from this dealership, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I’ve encountered multiple issues that have led me to question the level of service they provide. On several occasions, I’ve had to wait hours for a simple oil change, which is an inconvenience I did not expect given the premium nature of my vehicle. I was hesitant taking my G70 for service as Genesis isn't known for their after-sale service. But to my surprise, my experience so far has been excellent! Heather explained everything, warranty coverage, and pricing. Parts arrived quickly, and the oil change price was reasonable. I'd recommend Ricart service for Genesis! 👍
