Great experience, no pressure. 2.99% interest rate, no haggle on price of trade in, personnel were knowedgeable and helpful in understanding the options between leases, buying, and how much to put down given current intesterest rates. Don't be fooled by the name, as I was, Genesis of Groveport in actual part of the Ricart mall and housed in the Nissan building.
Kruz was a newer salesman but did a great job helping me with questions and showing me several vehicles until I found “the one”! I appreciate his patients with me. Very professional and respectful of my time.
