I didn’t but my car from this dealership so can’t speak about the sales experience but they are short staffed on service. It took them 5 hours for oil change after I had an appointment, and it took them 30 minutes to check me in because they had only one service advisor. If you don’t have staff available, don’t give as many appointments. It may have been an off day for them but my first experience with them was underwhelming.
