Worst customer service ever. The owners themselves are the ones providing terrible customer service. Do not go there. How are they affiliated with Aveda???

I love going to this spa. It is a special treat for myself....spendy...but I'm worth it!
I had my wedding in Oct 22nd and I had picked Endospa for our hair and makeup. There were 8 of us total and they did a terrific job on everyone's hair and makeup. The customer service was great! They let us set up a table for breakfast and beverages and made it a great experience. Mattie did my hair and makeup and she was fantastic!
Always a relaxing mommy time treat going to Genesis. Great customer care from the time you call for the appointment, the fresh glass of water while getting pampered, the soft spa music to relax, till the time you walk out getting great compliments on your new hair style! Kelsey you hit it out of the park with my awesome fall balayage color! Definitly recommend it!
Very professional and wonderful staff. It was my first time going and Maria made me feel very welcomed. She also did an awesome job with my hair! Love the environment..very relaxing! I would recommend this place to anyone. :)
