It has taken me almost 8 months to establish a case for my daughter With Genesee health systems. Currently, I am still without a day program for her which I had hoped would be going since she finished her schooling in June. It is absolutely unacceptable how slow this process is. Fortunately for her, she has an advocate and I shutter to think about those who are just disabled who don’t have one and how they could ever navigate the system without it. Do better!
Dropped off my partner to get a health checkup and she had blood drawn in the Lab, they are unsanitary they had a mentally unwell and disabled woman in the room before her and did not wipe the chair down before calling my partner, she said the chair stinks over text and then I came to pick her up 20 minutes later and she smelled absolutely horrible had to take a shower when we got home, and my car reeks now which I work out of daily.
