I’ve received services from GHS for years. The staff hate their job and do not act like they enjoy helping people. They have continued to treat me and others unprofessionally, however, unfortunately for many, GHS is the only option due to insurance reasons. If the staff are not getting paid enough to give adequate care to patients and customers, that should be taken up with Genesee County, not me. I’ve been going to GHS off and on since I was a child back then it was called CMH I showed up on there door step begging them for help 15 yrs ago they help me in ways no one could now my son is going there wasn’t for sure if I did the right thing when he lost himself now that I see that what I did for him lead him to GHS I know I did my son is in very good hands couldn’t ask for a better place to help him then GHS thank you for everything you’ve done for me
I have a been with a person that had receive care from this place and it seem like they are not very good in keeping in contact with that person to make sure they are okay. This is really bad for the person that has a need of mental health care and need to be checked on often.
Rescheduling is difficult with GHS.
I see why the rating is so low and all I had the displeasure of was talking to Trina in hr a very rude person
