Dropped off my partner to get a health checkup and she had blood drawn in the Lab, they are unsanitary they had a mentally unwell and disabled woman in the room before her and did not wipe the chair down before calling my partner, she said the chair stinks over text and then I came to pick her up 20 minutes later and she smelled absolutely horrible had to take a shower when we got home, and my car reeks now which I work out of daily.
They do excellent help
I’ve received services from GHS for years. The staff hate their job and do not act like they enjoy helping people. They have continued to treat me and others unprofessionally, however, unfortunately for many, GHS is the only option due to insurance reasons. If the staff are not getting paid enough to give adequate care to patients and customers, that should be taken up with Genesee County, not me.
