First of all their customer service sucks! Then I waited 35 minutes for thwm to tell me everybody gone to lunch, not olny me but others where there before me and i know they waited so least an hour. Never again will I go to genes stupid tire!!!

Didn’t torque my rear lugs on my dually truck. I almost lost my wheel on the interstate. They didn’t try to fix the problem. They are very unprofessional. I don’t recommend them to anyone. Go to another tire shop.

I had them mount some tires I had purchased off the internet. Unfortunately for me I could have bought them cheaper at Gene's. Next time I'll quote them here. Great service, good price too.
