They don't meet timelines, and have no accountability for their incompetence. The owner is immature and ineffectual, and doesn't deserve a dime.

This company lies about their service plan. They told me that because I have the plan, I will get priority service if something goes wrong. That is a complete lie. I've called twice for service. No one calls back. Today they told me that they don't know when they can call me back, and they don't know when they can service the generator. Absolute theft of my money for the annual plan.

I am going to share my experience with this company which includes the pros and cons. I regret working with this company as I was lied to badly from the beginning. There were positives at the beginning, but also there are lies about future servicing. The experience of getting the generator installed were great. Excellent experience with Generator Industries maintenance group today! They installed my Generac back in 2020 and have been maintaining it since. Today they helped get my upstairs A/C unit back online when the Generac delay unit looked to have faulted out. Isidro quickly identified the issue, which wasn’t Generac equipment and advised me on the fix. Very helpful! I was able to quickly get the A/C unit back online. That’s service above and beyond! Thanks guys!

I purchased a generator from this company and it is currently partially installed. I understand they cannot finish the install until CenterPoint comes out and replaces the gas meter. The problem I'm having is there is an open trench in my front and back yard with power and gas lines running through them that needs to be back-filled. They were scheduled to back-fill the trench on December 11th but have not done so to date. The rain last week turned the trench into a nasty mud-hole. These people were rather expensive for the initial visit. The tech was courteous and very skilled. However, I have been waiting for 3 week to have the correct part installed on my Generac Generator. I have called several times and all I hear is that they are very busy. I get it. And I am sympathetic. But it will end up being 4 weeks until the part is installed. Everyone has been polite. But this does not fix my generator. I would NOT recommend them to other people , due to the long delay for service. David Conlon
