They showed up on time We used Generations Heating & Cooling to replace all our duct work under our newly purchased house. They were great! They showed up on time; did excellent work; and cleaned up their mess. They even played with my pug. Huge thumbs up. I will gladly work with them when I replace our old heater and AC in the Spring.

We had a great experience with Generations Heating & Cooling. I called them on a Friday and they were able to come out to our home and clean the vents, service the heater, etc. on that Sunday. They were extremely considerate and professional, and they did an excellent job. They wore booties on their feet to protect our floors, which I always appreciate. I would highly recommend using Generations Heating & Cooling for general vent cleaning and HVAC repair/maintenance.

I give Generations Heating & Cooling a five for several reasons: 1). Calendar was available next day after calling, 2). Replaced furnace filter at no charge 3). Noticed an insect in vent and wanted to double check in crawl space to see if any ducts were open (which it was!) 4). Replaced two ducts at very affordable price 5). Came over to my house to ignite water heater since it went out (it was 10pm!). I really value and appreciate their commitment to taking care of their customers. Reasonable price too!! Generations Heating & Cooling was easy to reach and did an excellent job cleaning our heat ducts. The technician was friendly and professional -- easy to have around during the work. He also could get us in quickly, which we appreciated, and he went above and beyond on the job.

Patient, detailed and professional The technician from Generations Heating & Cooling was outstanding. Patient, detailed and professional. He educated me regarding my heating issue and I appreciated him taking the time to draw out the details. He inspected all the major elements and cleaned up some filaments that needed cleaning. He did a thorough job. He was also very patient as I have kids in the house and he didn't mind at all.

I had Generations Heating & Cooling come out to look at my heating needs. Their bid was very competitive and the work was completed in a professional manner. I would highly recommend this company for any heating needs.The property was located in Pittsburgh and they knew how to deal with the city inspections.

The price is reasonable. We did call Generations Heating & Cooling back a few time to fix some area. The post service is good. We had our new furnace almost two years. Love it and no more cold room for us. Thanks a lot.
