The staff at Generations is kind, compassionate, humorous, and knowledgeable. We've never had such a great rapport with a doctor. The PA (Tuan) is very professional, he makes sure that all of our questions are answered, takes the time to listen to us, and the entire staff has taken the time to get to know us. Our care has always been top notch.

I love the doctors i have seen at Generations. But folks at the front desk behave like cold machines: they primarily focus their attention on the computer, they run you through like cattle, and, if you happen to be 15 minutes late, you end up being told that the computer "kicked you out" for the day's visit. Folks you get on the phone to solve billing and insurance issues are worse. In short: There's more kindness at the vet's office where i take my pets than there is at that "clinic"'s front desk.

I have been fighting charges with them for over a year. I made an appointment for my children last august 2014 I specified who the in network doctor was on my insurance. They put me with a different doctor and I was charged due to out of network. I have been trying to resolve for a year. They consistently advise they will look into and contact me back, but never do. I have to start over each time I call.

I have been out of medications for 3 days including blood pressure medicine. .I have requested refill authorizations several times over the lasts few days. The pharmacy has asked several times, yet here I still remain without my medication because of their total indifference and incompetence. I will have to find a new clinic. this is ridiculous.

So far I have been satisfied . Same day appointments and friendly staff members. There usually a wait but it's because the doctors,pa's and nurses take their time with you. I appreciate all the help they have given to my family and I.

Rebecca, the NP, sees my 24 year old who has Down's syndrome. He's on Sooner Care/Medicaid. She is great with him and very thorough. She is good to make referrals to specialists when needed. I have mixed feelings about those in the office. Some are better than others and sometimes those I talk with on the phone are not the most helpful. My prescriptions are sometimes hard to get refilled too. There's always an excuse of the fax not going through or that they sent the authorization for refill so they don't know what happened,... read more

The worst clinic I have ever been to! I had to call the doctor TWICE to remind her to write my prescriptions because I had an ear infection. A week later I went back and to have my back checked out. I called several times (5+) in the last two months to have my x-rays sent over to Tulsa Pain Management. Aron, the lady in charge of the referrals, is the most passive and argumentative person I have ever met and refused to do her job. It seems all they do is collect SoonerCare payment and that's it! My child had a severe earache that was turning into an ear infection. Previously, an episode turned into a double-ear infection with pneumonia within 24hrs so I was very concerned we were heading down the same road. I called to make an appointment, answered their questions about her symptoms and was given two times to pick from for this day. The walls, floors etc were dirty unswept ans unvacuumed every visit. The wait times where's ridiculous, and the dr smelled like cigarettes every visit. Won't be going back.
