Rent from literally ANYONE else before you give these people control over you. When you read all the glowing, wonderful reviews about GPM, bear in mind that very few are specific as to why their apartment has been so "amazing." It's suspicious to say the least. I know at least 10 renters who have had a lot of hassles from these people. They do not deserve their accolades. I would caution you to take photos and back up everything in writing. Letters, not texts.
This company does not communicate effectively. We've been waiting for days to weeks for a letter of intent to renew or vacate. We are not sure if the owners are planning on increasing our renewal. We want fairness. It doesn't seem fair that they are not communicating about our renewal. I'm expressing concern for my son's renewal. I'm a concerned mother. We've also complained on multiple occasions about dog poop being on the lawn constantly of a new condo complex. No accountability or reassurance for removal. How... read more
