A situation that arose was handled with conscientious efforts from the service staff at Generation KIA. James, Manny and especially Generation's GM Mr. George Routsos. We all have our ups and downs. I purchased a 2017 KIA Niro and love it! Great car with great features. The car gets great gas mileage without a loss of power, style and comfort of car is uptodate and entertainment system integrates with my Android phone (no new apps to learn). Salesman Matt worked to get the exact car I wanted (colors, interior and options). Overall purchase process was easy and never rushed or pushy!!
