I can't recommend General Power Limited Inc, The Generator Company, and specifically Christy Ordonez enough! From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. Christy went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to get our generator running again quickly. Poor communication they were selling me some furniture and I told I will be there tomorrow and when I was in my way there with a U-Haul and two guys got the notification of sold so that really pisses me off
excellent company to deal with, the owner Mike have excellent knowledge on generators, they have a fast service response. i do recommend this company for all your generator needs.
Unfortunately, my experience with General Power was very disappointing. Mr. Gabriel’s lack of empathy and poor communication made the entire process feel like a waste of time and resources. The only reason I’m not giving a one-star review is because Jadira took the time to communicate and show empathy. Her professionalism was the only positive aspect of my interaction with General Power.
