Excellent service General Nanonsystems always provides excellent customer service, and are very quick to respond to emails. Their prices are very competitive for the Minneapolis area, both products and services. I would highly recommend them for any computer or laptop related issue, not only for their willingness to help (and not sell you any items you don't need) but also because their prices are rather inexpensive.
Very helpful staff for all your computer needs. They are certainly willing to go the extra mile to help you out at General Nanosytems. When I returned home from school one day to find my computer, which I almost never shut down, not running, and refusing to boot, I checked the normal problems and nothing worked.
