extra hard working the last time i had to get a computer i went to general nanosystems and they were very helpful in deciding which computer i should buy. they had a lot of deals going on and i was able to get a very good deal on the price. they had excellent customer service and answered all my questions promptly.
Fast and Affordable. They have name brand computer parts for great prices. The staff is knowledgable and has always helped me out with any computer troubles I have. They also have great deals on computers, why people still buy name brand computers for twice the price I have no idea.
Excellent service General Nanonsystems always provides excellent customer service, and are very quick to respond to emails. Their prices are very competitive for the Minneapolis area, both products and services. I would highly recommend them for any computer or laptop related issue, not only for their willingness to help (and not sell you any items you don't need) but also because their prices are rather inexpensive. A little old-school, but unbeatable prices and policies! You may be surprised at this store's low-tech whiteboard with columns of options and prices, but don't let that fool you. General Nanosystems offers a world of computer parts for a fair price...and if you don't know what to do with parts, I understand they'll do that for you too! They offer a full sprectrum of pricing from the cheapest available model to the more expensive end. PROS: Outstanding selection CONS: You may have to wait in line!
sold me poor quality stuff They sold me two poor quality external hdd enclosures. The second to replace the first and promised the second was of much better quality (they are getting lots of returns on the first one but haven't removed it from their stock). The second one has the same issues as the first (problems maintaining power connection). The return policy is poor (1 mth, I believe); they didn't compensate me in any way when I brought back the first. I guess the best thing is to read reviews on products before you shop... read more
Know their stuff These guys are definitely a good group to go to when you need to build your own computer and not get one of those boxed up jobs. They have a neat little configurator on their website, and the prices are updated frequently. Sometimes they are the cheapest, sometimes they're not, but they're always pretty helpful, and they're honest with you about what they can and can't do for your computer needs. fast setup i got my computer from them. it was very easy dealing with them. they helped me with the configuration and they answered all my questions to my satisfaction. they had good deals and rebates. the staff was friendly and helped out a lot.
great configurations when i wanted to buy a new computer for my house i went to general nano systems and they worked with me to find the right configuration. they always have nice rebates and excellent products.they are very happy to answer all questions that you have for them.they have good customer service.
Very helpful staff for all your computer needs. They are certainly willing to go the extra mile to help you out at General Nanosytems. When I returned home from school one day to find my computer, which I almost never shut down, not running, and refusing to boot, I checked the normal problems and nothing worked.
