I have always had great service from General Insurance both business and personal. My agents are always very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They make sure I understand my coverage and make it very easy to trust their services.
Your availability is second to none. Questions get answered promptly and I like having one representative to go to. I never hear "That is not my area" etc. I like that GIS supports so many community causes. It is noted and your personnel is accessible through their attendance at many community events.
I always received personal care with my insurance needs. I did not have a client/customer relationship with my representative, I developed a friendship with my representative.
