Mark and his crew were great - they replaced the furnace in my house. Mark came out and assessed the situation, provided me with a few alternatives and did a great job explaining the pros/cons of each to let me make the best educated decision. His guys zipped right through the job and did a great job. Highly recommend Mark and General Heating & Cooling!
I had a leak in my AC system. The first time they came, they charged me $250 for trying with pressured nitrogen. They did not find the leak. The second time I paid for the liquid coolant myself, they charged me $65 for the dye, which I later checked I could buy from Amazon for $25, plus $175 for injecting the dye. They were supposed to come a third time, a week later, to check indications of the leak of the dye. They canceled and postponed it once.
