Terrible experience! Especially the customer service women! When I reported to her that they left me under hot weather for weeks without follow up after initial technician diagnosis! She told me she would call me back, twice she never call me back! Last time I called back she said they are not serving me any more because I told her they irresponsible to leave customer under the bad condition! Never use them!
Our ac unit went out August 2021. 2 months after my wife and I purchased the home which was our first ever home. After a year battling with our home warranty company with cheap and horrible companies wasting our time they finally hired General heating and air. Within a week they sent Zach out to install our new ac unit and he did an amazing job. Cold air went through our duct work and through the house. It was the best feeling. After a year of headaches a real technician came out and did his job.
