We had an electrical issue and called GEM to check it out. It was great that they were able to come out on a Sunday, but they told us nothing was wrong after we’d been having repeated outages in half of our condo. We had another company come give a second opinion and found out we needed our electrical panel replaced. Fixed the issue but unfortunately we still had to pay two companies to come out and look.
