The staff here was amazing from my first phone call, all the way through to our care visit. We came in for a second opinion, and not only did the vet we were seeing give our pup an exam, to calm my nerves, she had a secondary vet check him as well. The staff took time to make sure I understood everything, gave me a ton of information via email to go over once I was home, and never once made me feel rushed, when I knew they were very very busy that day.
