Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this chiropractor's staff friendly? Yes Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? They were explained, but not thoroughly Has this chiropractor ever misdiagnosed you? Yes, it was very serious so I never went back

She gave me empty promises. I had to buy expensive supplements and a belt that did not do any good.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I went in for the Zerona Laser treatments (I saw it advertised by Dr. Prado in a local newspaper ad) which claimed that you will lose inches off of your waist, hips, butt, thighs or arms in just 6 treatments. I had 5 treatments done for my waist with no results! I eat healthy and workout and followed all the info. they gave me- this is a total rip off- lost out on close to $2000 for the 5 treatments. Run the other way and don't have a chiropractor do a procedure for fat removal.....warning- don't do it whatever they claim. D... read more

Not only did I have no more pain after my treatment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. Before I could not walk in loose sand or on uneven ground. Now I have no balance problems and can walk on any surface. I've also had zero back pain since starting treatments. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly. They are professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Did the chiropractor offer on-site X-Rays? Not at all. I had to drive for hours to get my X-Rays Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating
