The dr and his nursing staff are really top notch people however I called in 1220/21 and left a message with the office manager for the hydrocortisone cream I need it for my hands I end up having to go to my podiatrist to get the refill prescription I never got a return call this is not an exception because it’s happened twice before I’ll try to join the portal maybe that’ll help but the doctors great and nursing is good but if you need a medicine you can never get by Calling office
