I've known Dr. Parks for at least 50 years. He's my go to gyno. Considerate, friendly and listens to me! I expect him to be my gyno Dr for the next 20 plus years!
Just reflecting on how Dr. Gene Parks changed my life. I was working for Uber Corporate before they went public, stressed out of my mind and trapped in the ladies room. I needed to travel internationally but I couldn’t be 10 feet from a restroom due to my fibroid tumors. I was ready for a hysterectomy, but Dr. P said he had a less invasive solution. He was right!! I got my life back. I’ve advanced in my career since then and am so much happier as a human in general. Thanks Dr. Parks!!
Dr. Parks is a compassionate and thoughtful Doctor. He has gone the extra mile to assure I receive timely and appropriate care. His MA, Dara, has also been a great help. Her follow-through and communication is excellent.
Worst appointment system ever. Wanted to schedule an appointment as a new patient, was asked 99 irrelevant questions. Receptionist was also very rude. Response to owner: Insurance, Covid, and a brief history of problems related to the reason of my appointment is great. BUT not my whole health history, that should be done in office with the paperwork I have to fill out upon being seen.
