They lie to their customers with zero remorse. We originally had my vehicle at the Amarillo location and to say the least it was an absolute nightmare ! On Saturday 8/6 We decided to end our relationship with Amarillo call Lubbock.We were told if we were able to get it their by end of day they would have it looked at by Monday. They told us they were not busy, had plenty of staff and it would be no problem ! We loaded up my car and drove a couple of hours to take it. Unprofessional Sales Team. I visited the showroom to checkout a used KIA optima they had put for sale online. When I enquired about it, they told it was sold, but the next day i checked and they said its available and when i asked them why did they lie about the availability ? they just did not answer my question and disconnected. I would suggest people not to do business with them if they cannot be honest with you.

I would leave no stars if I could. I am very frustrated with my experience with this dealership and the service department. I believe I have been treated in a certain way simply because I am a woman and they do not respect my point of view or intelligence. I had my car towed in (from another mechanic who diagnosed that it needed a new engine and the only way to accomplish this is to allow the Kia dealership to also diagnose it) due to it breaking down on the side of the road ... I was surprised at how easy the car buying experience was here. Everyone was so nice and there was no pressure to buy. For the first time in my life, I didn't feel like I was being ripped off or taking advantage of when purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend Gene Messer Kia.
