Call the body shop on Monday to get my truck repaired. 17 f150 which means its aluminum. Was told they were able to fix it. Then got a call back on Tuesday that they couldn't fix it anymore and we're not capable of working on aluminum. Meanwhile thinking my truck was out of the tow yard it actually wasn't not. Terrible communication skills.
Only 22 minutes from my office in downtown Indy and Steve Lewis was awesome! I appreciate that there were no hard sell tactics. It was more about relationship building and helping me find the vehicle I wanted, not the one they wanted to sell. Drove the car I wanted and got the price I expected and I received a fair value for my trade-in. Process was easy and quick. I would definitely recommend checking these folks out.
