Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. I recently bought a car that was recommended for me. There were a couple minor things that needed to be looked at, so they picked up and delivered the car back to me at no charge. I love that they showed me how to use all the fancy gadgets. Gene Lewis Ford is great! The 2013 Edge is the 4th car I've bought from them. The service and communication are both fantastic. I always have my cars serviced there. Can't say enough good things about Mark and Sharon in the Service Department. Always on the ball, always precise and always super nice. The owners know who I am and always speak to me by NAME!
