Its rare that you find offices that are amazing from start to finish. Dr. Watterson was thorough in all the questions he asked and during my exam. I've never had a doctor ask me so many questions in detail. It was nice to get all my symptoms out there and feel like I was truly being listened to. He has had my mother do so many tests and visits with other doctors for NO REASON! To the point her insurance company is denying coverage! Threatening to not renew her biologics, her medicine she had to have for her RA, for not letting him do as he please by sending her to other doctors! Even the other Dr's complain that he is too nervous with my mother's care. We are looking for a new ra dr, one who actually listens to her concerns and who cares.
I always have a very good experience when visiting. Everyone is very nice and friendly.
