Thank you Rich for making my first car buying experience on my own fun and easy! The whole team was very helpful and friendly. I was super nervous but they made me feel at ease and I was in and out feeling confident with the car I chose. I strongly recommend gene Gorman to anyone looking to buy a car.
Shameful to take advantage of young single parent. Forcing her to buy extra ins she doesn't need or want so you can make more money= Greedy and shameful! !!
Poor service !!!! sold my family member a car with multiple problems, car has broken down 5 times already had to service it 3 times within 30 days of loan. No customer service or apology. They said because she doesn't make a lot of money she will always have a low end car this was supposed to be a special dealer who works with people since they approve bad or no credit deals. Very disappointed with our experience please negotiate a warranty if you buy here and get the car inspected first ....if they let you!
