This Chicago landmark located in River North has been around since 1941 and is considered to be Chicago's oldest steakhouse. Like many places of its ilk, the dark mahogany paneling and white table cloths are de rigeur while the wait-staff wear ties and aprons. Great meal. The Prime Rib was literally the biggest steak I have ever seen. Crazy!! Steaks were delicious, and cooked to the correct temp. It is such an old school, cool place. It reminds me a lot of The Top Steakhouse in Columbus, OH.

Classic, fabulous steakhouse! So many friends recommended it to us; The steak was perfection, so tender and the pasta, wow!!
