This Chicago landmark located in River North has been around since 1941 and is considered to be Chicago's oldest steakhouse. Like many places of its ilk, the dark mahogany paneling and white table cloths are de rigeur while the wait-staff wear ties and aprons. The Italian American luncheon was so well organized, the sausage was the best! And I know my Italian sausage! The service was friendly and attentive.
Incredible food and a place that takes great pride in its history and community. Great service in controlled chaos. I will be back when I visit Chicago again to try the "Garbage Salad"!
