Rafael is one of the best maintenance technicians! He is so personable, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond. He noticed things around the house that I didn’t even realize needed to be fixed and took care of them, even though he was only scheduled to handle one thing. I really appreciate how thorough and helpful he is!
