I was a resident at The Addison on Main (Owned by Gene B Glick) for just over five years, and during that time, I witnessed a significant decline in the quality of living. I live in Cambridge square north in Indianapolis in for ur company to pay for maintenance people yet maintenance is always on their phones then I had a clogged bathtub drain yet literally had used a entire large bottle of liquid Drano down the drain myself had a catcher in it and everything yet. Glick company advertises and states for protection of residents a staff remote workers. Are needed, I no longer think that, it’s so they can hide in their homes and not face discussion of the failure to respond to request, mom died, they sent a refund , it was wrong, claimed they fixed the issue, still has moms money, honesty, integrity, character. Glick has none of these
Unprofesssional, argumentative. Has MOLD!! UNSAFE!! In less than a year, ceiling caved, & has multiple other cracks. Tub backs up. 1 of the toilets retains no water so backs up. Electricity is unstable and strobes. AC went out. Wasnt fixed correctly. Dangerous neighbors. People on drugs everywhere. Always always an issue. This is uninhabitable. And truly should have board of health on them. If only moving was affordable.
