Got denied because of a rental history that no one will give me a copy of that has a bunch of lies on it but I have lived in this complex before and have neighbors writing letters of what a good neighbor I am with a 734 credit score and got denied but approved for a house. Lived at one of their properties and had to escalate some issues to a regional property manager, who did nothing but talk about resolutions and not enforce them. Continued to have escalating problems with on-site staff and reached the point where customer relations wouldn’t even return calls about concerns. They do not care about tenants.
I am a resident at Applecreek Apartments in Anderson and I had some fraud that happened with my bank and leasing company. My bank sent the money back over a month ago and gave me ARN numbers to track and my apartments can't find the money. I can't speak to anyone higher than Resident Relations and I can't pay my current rent until this issue is resolved and I am currently trying to see how to resolve before another payment is due.
