I have resided here at Carriage House West III, for a few years, the manage in itemized of what is rent what is subpar. They bill every two weeks for rent insurance. They let your light get switched into their name , with sending you a letter of this knowledge instead they wait months while the resident is still paying on light bill. Live in Clarksville Indiana, rent goes up each year at Colonial Village, but the inside looks outdated. Appliances, cabinets need to be replaced. Also exterior siding and gutters are worn. This 2026 update.
I live in one of their properties in Greenwood, In., now we have inspections on preventative maintenance ever so often we are sent a text or email telling us when they are coming out but if for some reason they can't get into your home then you are charged up to 350.00 for them to have to reschedule, now I know the homes are older but now instead of trying to fix or replace the doors they have decided to take the screen doors down. Kings Landing Apartments in Suffolk, Virginia I was the victim of malicious gossip, defamation, slander and my tenant rights were often violated. Kings Landing apartments are a joke. Property management encourages slanderous gossip, maintenance man doesn’t respect privacy and also engages in slander. They violate tenant rights, encourage neighbors to be deceitful towards certain tenants. The inside of the apartments are old and worn. At night there is crime happening but they like to look away. They have a history of making false claims and statements. Terrible place to live.
