Overall a good experience. However, There was some confusion during parts of the process, notably the closing process. Having said that, the house sold in 2 weeks and we were very happy with that result.
We had the pleasure of working with Gene Arant and his team back in 2014 when they helped us sell our home in Avery Ranch. Even then, their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to client satisfaction truly set them apart from the rest. One of the incredible perks they offered was the use of a moving truck, with the simple request that I return it with the same amount of fuel.
