As you can see below I previously left a good review. After more communication, or lack of with the dr and her office I will not return and do NOT recommend this facility at all. It is impossible to get through to anyone unless you have a free 15-20 minutes to wait just for someone to pick up and not be able to answer your questions. I was told I would get ultrasound results the next day, tried calling numerous times, expressed my worry, still never heard back. Dr. Kirby was really wonderful, as was her MA. Very down to earth, listened to all of my concerns. She was a little rushed but, that didn't bother me too much as I didn't want to be there forever either. The only complaint I have is not being able to get through to them via phone. I call and am on hold for 10+ minutes or more each time, very inconvenient.

This doctor should not be caring for elderly patients. My mother almost died and would have, if we didn’t find doctors that care and were proactive with her care. Dr Kirby does not listen to patients or family members, her answer to everything is, “ that is normal for her age”. Desperate for answers at her last visit and after a short hospital stay, my mother was declining, slumped over in a wheel chair, shortness of breath and heart rate over 125in her office, she did nothing, said all her tests are normal. I find Dr. Kirby to be a caring and easy to talk to doctor. She is thorough and reviews all my test results with me. I get answers to all my questions and she has made herself available when I had a medical emergency. I highly recommend her as your primary care physician.

I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new PCP. After some research I decided on Dr. Carela Kirby and I’m glad I did. Her next available appointment was 2 months out but there was a last minute cancellation and I was able to see her the next day. I waited about 15 minutes to be called back. She was very patient and took the time to talk to me and learn a little bit about me. She also shared about herself. So glad to have found her. I will recommend her to family and friends.
