Dr. Kirby, has been my Dr, for upwards of 11 years. Professional, caring, kind and easy to talk to. Dr. Kirby, where did you, go? Have waited over 3 weeks to have Rx’s filled and referral for apnea help. Gave up calling after all the lines don’t answer after 45 min. Went in, Dr not there, no one else can help and “not sure” when she will be in.
She was professional, and friendly
Staff is rude ..... called to see about an appointment & she caught a whole attitude I will be canceling my mom’s appointment for this week she’s lucky I didn’t catch her name cause I would post it . If you don’t like where you work reconsider your job
My visit with Dr. Carela-Kirby was excellent. I am a new patient and she listened to my needs. She told me of several options for my past maladies and was very open to suggestions. She was recommended by my 93 year old neighbor who has been seeing her for years. The scheduled time was right on and the staff was very friendly.
