This is a much needed asset for people in Sacramento!
I started my transition with with the GHC...saw a therapist...came out to my children...got my letter to start HRT...worked with an advocate to complete the paperwork for my name and gender change...made so many friends...i am so grateful for the support everyone there gives to our community...i love you all...!!! <3
