RecommendedDr. Genasci and his entire staff are absolutely fabulous!! They were so kind, extremely professional and were able to get my son in on an emergency appointment while we were in town for Thanksgiving. Dr. Genasci was awesome and took excellent care of my son. I expected it to cost a small fortune for the treatment my son recieved and was pleasantly surprised to say the least!! The office staff promptly sent all treatment and x-rays to our hometown dentist for follow-up. If we lived here we would be permanent clients!!!!!
I very rarely write reviews, but after my experience with dr. Van Sicklen i felt it was the only right thing to do. From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted by a very friendly staff and felt comfortable through the entire process. I don’t cringe anymore when my dentist appointment comes up. So happy to have found a dentist that can deal with my fear of the dentist and on top fix both my front teeth that were chipped once when my pup took me out in the middle of the night and the other not even a week later.
I had a horrible experience here with an extraction and dry socket. The doctors were cold and communication was minimal. Andrea was rude and snappy both times I dealt with her over the phone. After requesting more pain medication for the horrible dry socket pain, Andrea eluded to me abusing the medication and the doctor would not prescribe me more leaving me in extreme pain for almost a week. Unprofessional and lacking compassion for a medical office. I am now paying to see a new dentist to handle aftercare.
There is no need to look any further for a dentist. Dr. Genasci and his entire staff are excellent!
I've gone to this dental office for several years and the services and people are top notch. The staff is always friendly and they care about your dental needs. The equipment is fantastic. I've had cleanings, dental implant work, and so much more and every time I'm satisfied. Dr Genasci pays attention to fine details so you won't be disappointed with the results. If you want a beautiful and healthy smile this is the place to go! I attend college else where, but I always come back here for my dental needs.
