We visited on a Saturday afternoon. It was very busy but only waited 10 minutes. The food was excellent, spicy and tasty. The service was great, friendly and attentive. We were passing through Gallup and found this on Trip Advisor. Will stop again next time through.
The stuffed sopapillas and the salsa are the best. The staff are super friendly. I love going there to eat.

Great food, great service! A family business with a family atmosphere. The owner, Mrs Garcia, visited our table. I bought extra menudo to freeze and eat later. If you are in Gallup give them a try you won't be disappointed.
Best real Mexican food out there!! We eat there several times a month. The workers are super friendly and fast!! Highly recommend to everyone!
