I'm just in the process of moving into town and there was a problem with the house I was moving into. These guys, specifically Bruce and Jeremy, jump through some pretty massive hoops to take care of meand my family. They did it graciously, professionally and thoroughly. Thank you gentlemen.
Gemini did a GREAT job on my old, nasty carpets. They did a better job than other companies by a long shot, even getting out stains I thought were permanent. Thanks, Todd, for taking care of my carpets and I look forward to using Gemini when I finally replace these worn out things.
