This was the worst experience I have ever had with a carpet cleaning company. I called for service, albeit last minute, but still within the realm to get it done. I answered the representative questions and explained we were staging a house to sell. We provided room measurements and stair count as well. I was quoted $200-$250 for two rooms and stairs. RecommendedWe contacted Todd to last minute help us get our carpet cleaned before we sell our house. They were booked out two weeks but he still took the time to come after working all day to get the job done for us . Even though we know them, it says a lot when someone CHOOSES to work after they’ve been working all day ! The result of the cleaning was nearly perfect !! Never renting a Rug Doctor again
Todd is a great guy with over 30 years of carpet cleaning experience. I also have a cleaning business. If I ever need someone for commercial carpet cleaning I'll make sure to give him a call.
We just had our upstairs bedroom carpets cleaned. Jeremy was very polite and professional. He walked through the area ahead of time to determine the price and identified any problem areas. Afterwards, he told us the carpets cleaned up nicely even though they are older. Even the problem areas came clean.. The carpets look fabulous! We would definitely recommend Gemini Carpet Cleaning!
