Takes them months to get to any maintenance problem with my sisters place. I've had to help her pay out of pocket. called Aleta on three way and she acknowledged her responsibility to pay for any fixes for the renter though refuses to pay anything once worker is available
Terrible terrible terrible Management service. They don’t answer the phone when you have questions and charge you even though you are no longer using their service. I would not recommend working with these folks. Frank is one of your typical realtor crooks

This company stole my money and didn't communicate with me whether my application was approved or denied and ghosted all phone calls and texts til I got pissed off do not rent or apply with this company aleta is not qualified to be a property manager she stole $1200 they place signs in front of abandoned and foreclosed homes and say they are rentals
This is the worst rental experience I HAVE EVER HAD. Frank is super rude and unprofessional. A pipe was leaking in the wall of my room and flooded my room with water. I called Frank and he sent out a CARPET CLEANER. They ripped out the carpet and it took THREE WEEKS of my room flooded with water for him to send out a restoration company. He ridiculed me many times and even told me to clean it up with a bissell.
